3. Will the company be easy to replicate?
The most successful companies have a good competitive advantage - network effect, proprietary technology, complex coordination, or barrier to entry.

4. Does the company have a clear and important mission?
Without this, it is challenging for companies to bring on talented people and grow the company to a very large company.
